Is this it? Is this what my life is going to be for now on? It just seems so sad, and boring. Sure I finally passed the fucking NCLEX, I'm a full RN, I have job security. I finally got my braces off... Ya me? I just don't where to go from here. I'm still severely obese, have no love life to speak of and am bored with life. I live 5 hours from home. And while I have a few friends here they are not my best friends... But even my best friends are busy. They have their own things happening and can't spend all of my time off with me. But it hurts when they find time for the people whom are always here. I just want to know what is next for me.

Weigh in
Lost 1.4lbs this week, losing what I gained last week and putting me at 9.4lbs lost since the begining of January. Which is great. I'm signed up to a WW "group" Long Term Challenge, and my goal is 50lbs this year... I also want to lose 20lbs by this summer giving me 7 weeks to lose 10.6 lbs (1.5ish lbs a week). Hopefully it is do-able. I'm still having trouble tracking on weekends, especially since I drink every weekend. But i'm obviously doing something right to have lost the 1.4 this week.

Doing it Again
This is my third time of trying WW, but this time is it..... At the begining of Jan I weighed 326lbs... I am 22 years old, at the rate I was going I probably wouldn't see my 30th birthday.... I've already lost 8lbs, and this time i'm really trying. I moved into my own apartment in Septemeber, and so i'm the only person buying food, meaning that i'm not tempted by what my family eats. That's not to say that I've thrown out all of my bad eating habits; I'm still working on them... But there is a lot more healthly food in my fridge and cupboards than junk food. Now I need to work on tracking everything that I eat, which is so hard on the weekends when I want to drink and party with my friends. I also need to work on exercising. I am 22 years old, starting my second degree in nursing, and want to live.

it's been a long winter.... but,
I'm back.... I haven't been doing too well just yo-yoing around the same few pounds. the end of January was my 1 year mark and I only weighed in at 9lbs less than when i started. I weighed in las night the first time in 4 weeks because it has been so busy and had gained 4.2 lbs in that time. But luckily classes are over exams are done, I have no more vacation time planned and I'll be starting a new job soon (in addition to still working at Tim Horton's). While Tim Horton's continues to be a struggle with all the donuts and timbits, I have told myself that I am allowd 1 baked good per shift, that way i don't eat everything that i put my hands on and I don't feel restricked either.
I started to excersize again on Sunday. I'm doing one of the excersize routines from one of my WW magazines, and last night I spent atleast 45 minutes on the wii fit. I've had the wii fit for almost a year and while i used it a lot in the beginning it informed my when i got on last night that it's been 228 days since I last used it! wow, what a waste of money!! But I used it last night and will again tonight and I am going to get into a routine... This is going to be MY summer, I'm going to excersize and eat right and I am going to lose! Now there are 4 months, till classes start again, which works out to 17 weigh ins, so I am going to lose 20lbs this summer! thats only a little over 1lb a week and when I try and do well I have done a lot better than that, so I'll shoot for 20! :)

I'm back
So it's been a long while since I've been on here, but i've been reading posts and some people have also stopped posting, and others have been doing great!! I've been yo-yoing back and forth and am at 291lbs at the moment :( But I started going to the guy this week which is a first in a long time, so hopefully this plus the better eating i've been doing i'll be going in the right direction

week 30!
Wow, week 30!! It's amazing to think that I've been at this for so long, 7 months! I can't believe it, it only seems like a few weeks... Well this week I lost 1lb, and a feel great! This week I also treated my self.... Last Monday I got my eye brows waxed, then on friday i got a pedicure. Today I got a manicure AND a facial, and it was great, I feel totally relaxed... Tomorrow I'm getting my hair cut and coloured, and then I have a makeup lesson, cause i have no idea what colours look good on me- i was once went to buy eye shodow, and was told that with my colour eyes (brown) that i would look good with blue shadow, so i bought the one she showed me, but I alwas end up having to take it off cause I look like I have a black eye! lol... Anyways, I hope everyone is have a good week...
