Lost 1.4lbs this week, losing what I gained last week and putting me at 9.4lbs lost since the begining of January. Which is great. I'm signed up to a WW "group" Long Term Challenge, and my goal is 50lbs this year... I also want to lose 20lbs by this summer giving me 7 weeks to lose 10.6 lbs (1.5ish lbs a week). Hopefully it is do-able. I'm still having trouble tracking on weekends, especially since I drink every weekend. But i'm obviously doing something right to have lost the 1.4 this week.
